These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bloom app and website (the "Service"), operated by Bloom. By creating an account or using Bloom, you agree to these Terms.
Bloom is a marketplace that connects clients with independent beauty artists and salons ("Artists") for booking nail, hair, lash, makeup, and spa services. You must be at least 13 years old to use Bloom. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Bloom facilitates bookings between clients and Artists but is not a party to the service agreement between them. Artists are independent businesses or professionals responsible for the services they provide, their pricing, and their cancellation policies. Bloom is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services booked through the app.
Loyalty rewards, raffles, and community events offered through Bloom are provided at the discretion of individual Artists and salons. Eligibility, prizes, and terms for any raffle or promotion will be described where the promotion is offered.
You retain ownership of photos, reviews, and other content you post to Bloom. By posting content, you grant Bloom a license to display it within the Service (for example, in your profile, in the Inspo feed, or in an Artist's portfolio). You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post any content you share, and for keeping it accurate and appropriate.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including harassment of other users, posting false reviews, attempting to book services without intent to honor them, or attempting to access data or accounts that aren't yours.
You may stop using Bloom and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or its users.
The Service is provided "as is." Bloom makes no warranties about the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service, or about the Artists and services listed on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes between clients and Artists.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bloom after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
